Are your products handmade?
Yes. every product is lovingly handmade and handcrafted in small batches using organic herbs, oils and natural ingredients.
Are your products safe for children?
Many of our products are gentle enough for little ones. we always clearly label what is child safe, and we avoid essential oils in our children's formulas. if you're unsure, feel free to ask us.
Can i use your products during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Please always consult your health practitioner prior to adding anything new to your routine.
I have sensitive skin. can i use your salves or oils?
Absolutely. our formulas are designed with sensitive skin in mind. we use gentle herbs and simple ingredients. if you're unsure, we suggest patch testing a small amount before full use.
Product Use And Care
How long do your products last?
Our herbal products are made fresh in small batches and contain no synthetic preservatives. Our salves and oils last 6-12 months when stored correctly.
Do your products contain synthetic ingredients or preservatives.
Never. We believe in the power of nature, which is why our ingredients are always clean, simple, and effective. Our products are always free from parabens, sulfates, petrochemicals, and synthetic fragrances.
However, we do include vitamin E — not only for its skin-nourishing benefits but also as a natural preservative.
Do you use essential oils?
Most of our products rely on the power of whole herbs. While some formulas may include small amounts of essential oils for their added benefits, we always prioritize skin-safe, family-friendly formulations. The generally accepted safe dilution rate for essential oils is 3% — but we keep ours under 2% to ensure both effectiveness and safety.
And rest assured: our child-safe products contain no essential oils at all, for maximum peace of mind.
How do i store products to keep them fresh?
To maintain the freshness and potency of your herbal products, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. Always keep the lids tightly closed after each use, and avoid introducing water or dirty fingers into the containers. For oil-based products, refrigeration can extend shelf life, but it's not required unless otherwise noted on the label.
Proper storage helps preserve the natural ingredients and ensures your products stay effective and safe to use.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from South East Queensland, Australia.
How long will my order take to ship?
As all of our products are handmade in small batches to ensure freshness and effectiveness, please allow up to 7 business days for processing before your order ships.
We take care in crafting each item with love and intention, so while the wait may be a little longer, it's worth it for the quality you receive. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to follow your order’s journey to you.
